7 Exciting New Condo Developments Coming to Brampton
While many people decry the influx of condos and claim they’re ruining landscapes and obscuring the sun, highrise living is more popular than ever for a host of reasons.
Condos are, on average, significantly more affordable than low-rise town, semi and detached houses and they often come with on-site amenities that make communal living more attractive (most residents are happy to be able to swim or workout without having to pay a hefty fee for a gym membership. While condo residents must pay non-negotiable fees, they’re often spared monstrous home prices and for that reason alone, condos are becoming a popular housing alternative for young professionals, young families and older residents looking to downsize.
Here are a few up and coming buildings set to take shape in Brampton soon.
