A cyclist has died after a hit and run in Brampton

Shortly after 12:00 a.m., Peel police announced that a cyclist had been struck by a vehicle in Brampton in the area of Bovaird Drive in between Heritage Road and Mississauga Road.
Shortly after 12:00 a.m., Peel police announced that a cyclist had been struck by a vehicle in Brampton in the area of Bovaird Drive in between Heritage Road and Mississauga Road.
The cyclist, a 32 year old male from Brampton, has died as a result of their injuries.
The vehicle involved fled the scene. The investigators are looking for a Ford motor vehicle with front end damage.
The area of Bovaird Drive is closed between Heritage Road and Mississauga Road as a result and the Major Collision Bureau was called to investigate.
