A huge — and free — music and food festival is coming to Brampton soon.

Presented by PGA International and Can Media Buzz, 905 Fest will be held at Sheridan Collge’s Davis Campus (7899 McLaughlin Road) on September 21 from 2 to 10 p.m.

The festival will feature many performers, different vendors, a kids zone and a food zone.

“It promises to keep your feet tapping and tickle your taste buds,” says the hosts.

This is the first year of 905 Fest, which is expected to be a huge outdoor festival.

“The festival aims to unite passionate and professional artists together and create a platform to showcase the unique talent which the community has to offer. It is a day to unite and celebrate diversity together,” says the hosts.

The event is free to attend and will be supporting Shining Hope in Vital Autism Society (SHIVAS), a not-for-profit organization.

SHIVAS aims to help improve the lives of individuals with autism and their families by providing intensive therapies, community support, talent integration by providing free services in vocational training in arts, crafts and life skills. Part of the proceeds from 905 Fest will go to SHIVAS to help support kids/youth with autism and their families.

PGA International and Can Media Buzz are still accepting sponsors, vendors, media partners, performers and volunteers for the event.
