American audiences will soon have the opportunity to watch one of Canada’s most successful TV shows–Corner Gas will soon be available to stream in the U.S.

American audiences will soon have the opportunity to watch one of Canada’s most successful TV shows–Corner Gas will soon be available to stream in the U.S.

The rights to all 107 episodes of the most-watched live-action sitcom in Canadian history, Corner Gas: The Movie, and Corner Gas animated have been purchased by IMDb TV–a free streaming service available in the U.S.

In Canada, the beloved franchise is only available on Bell Media platforms including CTV Comedy Channel, Crave, and CTV Throwback.

Additionally, CTV has confirmed Corner Gas Animated has been renewed for a third season after their immensely successful second season, which doubled season one’s audience.

Production on season three is set to begin in Toronto and Vancouver, it will feature 11 new episodes, and cast members Brent Butt, Gabrielle Miller, Eric Peterson, Fred Ewanuick, Lorne Cardinal, Tara Spencer-Nairn, Nancy Robertson, and Corrine Koslo will all be returning.

Season three will debut on CTV Comedy Chanel in 2020.
