Although it's not super warm out just yet, there's no doubt that summer is coming—and soon.

As you might have heard, Brampton's long-defunct Wild Water Kingdom is re-opening under new management and a brand new name. The revitalized water park will provide a little reprieve from the highly-anticipated heat and a slew of job opportunities.

It'll also offer a plethora of new attractions.

According to Wet'N'Wild, some of the new slides will be the longest, tallest and first-of-their-kind in Canada.

"As Wet'n'Wild's first location in Canada, we're thrilled to bring a unique Canadian flavour to the waterpark experience," said Steve Mayer, general manager. "Our new record breaking attractions are sure to provide summer fun for the entire family."

Here's a look at the new attractions:

Bear Footin' Bay

A water play structure stacked with sprayers, slides and a giant tipping bucket.

Hurricane and Typhoon

Canada's longest bowl water slide, it boasts two slippy curves, steep slopes and a wide open bowl.

Klondike Express

On this attraction, mat-riding competitors launch themselves headfirst into side-by-side tunnels. This slide offers a high-speed race through a 360o loop and a "gravity-defying drop."

Krazy Kanuck

Up to four riders can slide through these adventure slides that the brand says are the first of their kind in the world. One has back-to-back curves, drops, and vortex loops and the other boasts a steep chute and curved wall that "will leave riders hanging in zero gravity."

Oh Canada

This attraction has riders stand in the longest and  tallest capsule in Canada before the floor gives way, sending riders free-falling through a near-vertical shoot and through a 360 loop.

Wet'N'Wild Junior

This one is for the little ones and offers mini slides, spray toys, a tipping bucket and more.
