All lanes on ramp from 403 to 407 blocked due to collision

A collision on the ramp from the 403 to the 407 is causing delays.
Currently, all lanes on the ramp to the 407 from the westbound 403 are blocked due to a collision.
Drivers should expect heavy delays, and find alternate routes if possible.
