Peel Regional Police (PRP) have made an arrest in relation to an assault that took place in Brampton.

After a graphic video that depicted a violent altercation between a man and a woman in a Brampton suburb began making the rounds on social media, PRP arrested a 37-year-old Brampton man for assault.

The video of the incident has been shared on social media, however, PRP is asking anyone who has shared the video to take it down while they conduct their investigation.
