An unlicensed driving school instructor has been charged with sexual offences by Peel Regional Police.

According to police the victim, a 16-year-old girl, was a student at a driving school in Brampton. Police say she was victimized while receiving an in-car driving lesson.

Police say the man charged advertised his services through online classified websites but his school, Sunny’s Driving School, is not an authorized or accredited school through the Province of Ontario.

Investigators believe there may be additional victims that have not yet reported similar incidents to police, and are encouraging them to contact officers from the Special Victims Unit if they believe they have been a victim.

As a result of this investigation, Sukhbinder ‘Sunny’ Saini, a 61-year-old man from Brampton, has been charged with sexual assault and sexual exploitation.

Anyone with any information in relation to this incident, or in relation to Sukhbinder Saini, is asked to contact investigators from the Special Victims Unit by calling 905-453-2121 ext. 3400.
