Brampton man charged with weapon offences after police seize loaded handgun

Earlier today, a gun was found during a routine traffic stop.
During this routine traffic stop, a loaded handgun and fraudulent credit cards were seized.

During this routine traffic stop, a loaded handgun and fraudulent credit cards were seized.
The driver, Raymond Oppong, 29, from Brampton, was stopped in Mississauga for a traffic violation and was charged with weapon offences.
According to Sgt. Kerry Schmidt, Oppong is being held in custody pending a bail hearing.
