If you’ve been following the career of Brampton breakout sensation Alessia Cara, you know she’s been killing it with a hit album, successful singles and a recent appearance on Saturday Night Live.

Now, it looks like she’s up for multiple Juno awards.

Cara, along with Drake, Shawn Mendes and The Weeknd, is leading the pack when it comes to nominations at the upcoming 2017 Juno Awards. While Drake, Mendes and The Weeknd are slightly ahead with five nominations each, Cara has a respectable four to her name.

Cara is nominated for the Juno Fan Choice Award, Artist of the Year, Single of the Year (Wild Things) and Pop Album of the Year (Know-It-All).

It’s also important to note that Tory Lanez, another Brampton artist, has captured a few nominations. Lanez is nominated for the Juno Fan Choice Award, Breakthrough Artist of the Year and Rap Recording of the Year.

If you want to see Cara live, you might be happy to hear the local songstress will also be performing at the Junos, which is slated to take place on Sunday, April 2 at the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa. Other performers include Shawn Mendes, A Tribe Called Red, Ruth B and The Strumbellas.

Tickets for the show are available now at Ticketmaster.
