Brampton’s Splash Pads Are Now Open for the Summer

Summer weather is finally here, and that means summer amenities are opening up across the city!

You might have enjoyed them within the past few days or so already – Brampton’s splash pads are officially open for the summer.
So break out your shorts and flip flops, pack a picnic, and take the family, because we have a few short months of summer and we might as well make the most of it.
And, there’s a new splash pad in town that Bramptonians can now take advantage of at Springdale Library as part of Komagata Maru Park.

Brampton officially has 12 splash pads that are open across the city. Spray pads are open Monday-Sunday 11 a.m.-6 p.m., weather permitting.

Batsman Park
Father Tobin Drive, west of Bramalea Road
Century Gardens Recreation Centre
340 Vodden Street East
Chris Gibson Recreation Centre
125 McLaughlin Road
On Ferndale Crescent, off Bartley Bull Parkway
Teramoto Park
Northwest corner of Chinguacousy Road & Queen Street
Michael Murphy Park
Southwest corner of Squire Ellis Drive & Martin Byrne Drive
Komagata Maru Park
Northeast corner of Bramalea Road & Blackcherry Lane
Part of the new Springdale Branch Library
Jim Irons Park
On Terrick Road, south of Truro Circle
Creditview Sandalwood Park
Southwest corner of Creditview Road & Sandalwood Parkway West
Brampton also has two wading pools:
Balmoral Wading Pool

Gage Park Wading Pool
Main Street & Wellington Street
These are currently only open on weekends, but they’ll be open daily as of July 1.
