Brampton Fire said at 6:39 p.m. that crews are working at a commercial property fire on Wilkinson Road, which is near Dixie Roadand Steeles Avenue East.
Sprinklers helped contain the fire until crews arrived.
There is one patient currently under assessment for smoke inhalation.
