Paramedics and emergency services were on standby this morning for a vehicle that had been submerged in water.

Paramedics and emergency services were on standby this morning for a vehicle that had been submerged in water.

The incident occurred around 8:15 a.m. in the area of Steeles Avenue West and Creditview Road, according to Peel Paramedics.

At about 10:00 a.m., police reported that the vehicle had been removed. There were no injuries, thankfully.

The male driver has been arrested. Police are continuing to investigate.
