Driver Flees After Crashing into Pole in Brampton

A collision is being investigated in Brampton this evening.

Police received a call at 7:07 p.m. for a vehicle that crashed into a pole and caught fire at the intersection of McLaughlin Road and Steeles Avenue.

According to police, the driver exited the vehicle and fled the scene on foot. He is described as a male wearing a white jacket.

No injuries have been reported.
