Emergency Crews on Scene Due to Fire at Brampton Business

Emergency crews are on scene due to a fire at a business in Brampton.

Peel police say a call regarding the blaze, which occurred at a business in the Main St. and Queen St. area, came in at 2:06 p.m.

No injuries have been reported in connection with the incident.

Traffic restrictions are in place.

Residents are asked to find an alternate route.

UPDATE: Police say the fire has been extinguished. The roadway remains closed due to icy conditions caused by water from the fire hose.

Police say the road should be opened shortly.
