Everything You Need To Know About The City's Huge Food Event "Taste Of Brampton"
Brampton’s food scene is getting a lot more exciting this fall.
If you want to enjoy prix fixe meals and affordable specials at some of the best restaurants in the city, you might be pleased to know that the Downtown Brampton BIA’s Taste of Brampton is set to kick off on October 15 and ends on October 29.
Much like similar festivals, this event offers residents and visitors a chance to sample menu items at several local restaurants. It’s good for residents looking to eat more local food for less and it’s fantastic for restaurants seeking more diners.

So, what restaurants are participating in this huge food event?
The Keg Steakhouse & Bar, Fanzorelli’s Restaurant, J. Red & Co, Macaronz, Aria Bistro & Lounge, Nine18, Wendel Clark’s Classic Grill & Bar, The Works, Queen Gypsy, Indian Curry Express, Dolcezza, Pizzanini, Food Fight Barbeque Bar, Trish Juice, Green Bites Dumpling & Tea Bar, Mi Churros, Segovia Coffee Co, Wildcard Board Game Cafe, and Juice & Rocco’s Pizzeria are all giving away special deals.
And, there are a lot more restaurants being slowly announced.
If you are looking to attend, visitors can park at any of the municipal garages for free for the first hour. Parking is also free on evenings and weekends in downtown Brampton.
Even better, attendees also have the chance to win one of 22 mystery Taste gift cards valued between $25 to $125 when they visit a Taste participant. All people have to do is take a picture of their dish (which many people already do), upload it to Instagram and tag @TasteofBrampton and hashtag #TasteofBrampton as well as follow @TasteofBrampton. Additionally, one grand prize winner will win $500 in foodie gift cards.
