Emergency crews rushed to the scene of a blaze in Brampton on Monday morning.
First responders were dispatched to a residential fire on Inwood Place around 9 a.m.

Several homes are being evacuated due to heavy smoke, say Peel police.
There’s no word yet on injuries.
Bovaird Dr. E. is closed between Fernforest Dr. – that’s slightly east of Dixie Rd. – and Bramalea Rd.
Avoid the area.
