There’s no doubt that the real estate market in the GTA is volatile, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t any houses or apartments not within your price range.
There’s no doubt that the real estate market in the GTA is volatile, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t any houses or apartments not within your price range.
New numbers from the real estate website Zoocasa show the most expensive and most affordable houses in Brampton for the month of November.
“There’s been a significant shift in market conditions in Brampton, which is now in
firm sellers’ territory after lingering at the lower end of balanced last year. This is mainly due to a sharp decline in newly listed homes, down 31 per cent with 929 coming to market,” said Penelope Graham from Zoocasa.
”That’s effectively limited choice for buyers and has put upward pressure on prices which are up 4.5 per cent to an average of $685,812, despite a 17 per cent drop in home sales, with only 592 changing hands over the course of November.”
