Here's How You Can Ride a Roller Coaster Through Fall Foliage This Season
It’s no secret that fall is a beautiful season. There’s a slight chill in the air that calls for oversized sweaters and cozy blanket scarves, the leaves turn shades of orange, yellow, and red, and there are a ton of fun activities that you can do.
If you’re looking for a fun adventure, this one’s for you.
This fall, you can ride a roller coaster through fall foliage.
Ridge Runner at Blue Mountain is a one-kilometre track and mountain roller coaster that goes a speedy 42 km/h down the mountain.
And some epic views are in store for riders.

The Ridge Runner mountain coaster. A surprisingly thrilling ride through the forest of Blue Mountain. I honestly didn’t expect to go as fast as it did on the tracks zipping through the mountain… . #photooftheday #pictureoftheday #shotoftheday #justgoshoot #iphoneshot #iphone7plus #iphonography #iphonephotography #mobilephotography #phoneography #phoneographic #ontario #fallcolors #bluemountain #ridgerunnermountaincoaster #naturesbeauty #nature_lovers #thrilling #exploremore #epic_captures #amazingview #torontophotographer #rcrewphotography #rollercoaster #travelblogger
You can control your speed the entire time you’re on the ride, whether you want to feel the wind whipping past you at 42 km/h, or you want to slow down and take in the stunning fall colours on your way around the mountain.
The fall season for Ridge Runner lasts from September 4-October 28, and it’s open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
One ride is $13 for youth, and $16 for adults.
It’s an awesome way to see colours galore and get outdoors this fall.
