Major Road Closed for Police Investigation in Brampton

Drivers on the road tonight should be aware of a road closure in Brampton.
Around 8:40 p.m., police reported that a section of Steeles Avenue East (between Airport and Torbram Road) is closed due to police investigation.

Around 8:40 p.m., police reported that a section of Steeles Avenue East (between Airport and Torbram Road) is closed due to police investigation.
UPDATE: Police got a call at 7:47 p.m. regarding a two-vehicle collision in the area of Steeles between Airport and Torbram. Investigation revealed that one of the vehicles involved in the collision may have also been involved in a shooting that took place earlier in Brampton. Police are continuing to investigate.
