Peel Regional Police are advising that a train is causing traffic delays in Brampton.

Peel Regional Police are advising that a train is causing traffic delays in Brampton.

According to police, a CN Rail train is having mechanical issues, which is causing massive traffic delays at the following streets, all north of Bovaird Drive:

  • Winston Churchill Boulevard
  • Heritage Road
  • Mississauga Road

Residents are being advised by police to avoid those areas.

UPDATE: Police have advised that the CN Rail train has been fixed and moved.

Traffic is back to normal.
