Samuel (Sam) Green, 57, was last seen on Saturday, August 3 in the area of Ural Circle and Red Stag Road (near the intersection of Torbram and Bovaird Drive East).
He is described as a black man, 5’7″, 130 pounds, and wearing a medical bracelet.
