A motorcyclist was pronounced at the scene of a collision involving a transport truck in Brampton Thursday morning.

A motorcyclist was pronounced at the scene of a collision involving a transport truck in Brampton Thursday morning.

Peel Regional Police say the call was received just after 3:30 a.m. from the area of Glidden and Rutherford Rd.

Morning commuters are asked to avoid the area.

UPDATE: The road closures have been lifted. Roads in the area have been cleaned up and traffic is now flowing in all directions.
