Multiple charges laid for loitering in Brampton

Over the weekend, officers from the 22 Division increased their patrols at a plaza near Steeles Avenue and McLaughlin Road in Brampton due to loitering and noise complaints.

Over the weekend, officers from the 22 Division increased their patrols at a plaza near Steeles Avenue and McLaughlin Road in Brampton due to loitering and noise complaints.

Police say they laid 18 vehicle-related charges as well as 23 charges under the Trespass to Property Act for loitering.

According to police, they will be back at the plaza over the next few days to ensure all rules are followed.
