One Injured in Overnight Stabbing in Brampton

Officers and paramedics attended the scene of a violent assault in Brampton.

At 3:12 a.m., police reported that they were investigating a stabbing in the area of Pentonville Road, east of Countryside Drive and Highway 410.

The male victim was taken to a local trauma centre in serious but not life-threatening condition, paramedics say.

One male was arrested and taken into custody.
