Peel Police Asking For Help in Relation to Brampton Shooting Investigation

Investigators from the 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are asking the public for information in relation to a shooting incident at Lakeridge Plaza.

Investigators from the 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are asking the public for information in relation to a shooting incident at Lakeridge Plaza.

The plaza is located in the area of Vodden Street East and Lakeridge Drive in Brampton.

On Sunday, May 26, at approximately 3:24 am, a lone male approached a number of patrons standing out in front of the sports bar and discharged a firearm towards the crowd.

There were no injuries as a result of the incident and the suspect was last seen fleeing on foot toward the rear of the plaza.

Investigators are requesting that anyone with information, surveillance or dashcam footage from the area of Vodden Street and Lakeridge Drive, more specifically the Lakeridge Plaza during the time of the shooting, to call the 12 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau at (905) 453–2121, ext. 2133.
