Peel Police are currently searching for a vehicle that was stolen in Brampton with a dog inside.

Peel Police are currently searching for a vehicle that was stolen in Brampton with a dog inside.

According to police, the vehicle was stolen last night, Dec. 12, in the area of Chinguacousy Road and Queen Street in Brampton.

The vehicle is a 2011 White Nissan Rogue and has an Ontario license plate of CEHS23.

The dog is a Lassa-Poodlenamed Markie and was wearing a green jacket.

UPDATE (Dec. 13, 10:12 a.m.): According to police, Markie was located by Animal Services in Newmarket. Animal Services took Markie to the shelter where his chip was scanned and owners were contacted and reunited.
