PHOTOS: Brampton Man Dead in Shooting

A 34-year-old Brampton man is dead and Peel police are investigating a murder following a shooting overnight Friday.

“Any witnesses can contact our investigators,” said Const. Akhil Mooken.

The incident took place at 11:06 p.m.

That’s when emergency crews were sent to the Slumdog Bar & Grill plaza at 15 Brisdale Dr., near Chinguacousy Rd. and Bovaird Dr. W.

The victim succumbed to his injuries.

Homicide detectives are taking over the investigation.

There’s no suspect information.
