Crews are on scene for an industrial scrap metal fire in Brampton this afternoon.

Police were called at 6:11 p.m. for the fire, which is on Intermodal Drive.

The building was evacuated and the fire has been contained.

The roadway is closed from Units 815 to 980. Residents should avoid the area.
