Police Investigating After Shots Fired in Brampton

Peel police are investigating after shots were fired in Brampton late Tuesday.

“The investigation is ongoing,” said Const. Lori Murphy.

Officers were sent to Westbrook Ave. and Gallucci Cres. around 11 p.m.

That’s near The Gore and Ebenezer roads.

No injuries were reported, however, a vehicle was damaged.

It’s unclear if anyone was in the vehicle at the time.

Tactical and canine units were also on scene however a search for suspects turned up empty.

“No arrest have been made at this point,” said Murphy.
