Police investigating reports of alligator in storm drain pond in Brampton

Officers are searching for a rather large animal after an unusual animal complaint was made this evening.
Officers are searching for a rather large animal after an unusual animal complaint was made this evening.
Police say they’ve received reports that a 5-6 feet long alligator was spotted in a storm drain pond in the area of Creditview and James Potter Road.
Officers remain on scene and are continuing to search for the alligator.
