Police investigating reports of gunshots in Brampton

Peel Regional Police (PRP) is investigating a possible shooting in Brampton.

At 9:38 p.m. tonight (June 15), PRP was called to the area of Botavia Downs Drive and Brisdale Drive in relation to reports of gunshots.

Upon arrival, police found shell casings at the scene.

Residents can expect a heavier-than-normal police presence in the area, as PRP continues to investigate.
