Peel Regional Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing woman from Brampton.

According to police, Veret Simpson is described as black, 5’2”, 140lbs, with black hair, brown eyes and a medium build.
She was last seen in the area of Lacoste Boulevard and Airport Road approximately 6 pm, wearing tan hat, black leather jacket, black sweater, jeans and purple/yellow shoes.
The police also says Simpson suffers from a medical condition that causes her to wander, and there is concern for her well-being due to the temperature and lack of proper clothing.

UPDATE: Peel police have confirmed that Veret Simpson has been located and in good health.
