Police Seeking Witnesses After Flea Market Robbery in Brampton

Peel police are appealing to the public for help in identifying suspects following a robbery in Brampton.

Police report that on Sunday, June 4 at approximately 2:30 p.m, three unknown suspects approached a vendor booth at the 747 Flea Market in the Steeles and Airport Road area.

According to police, the suspects smashed the glass display with a sledge hammer and removed trays of jewellery valued at approximately $200,000.

The three suspects are described as black males between 5’7” and 6’3” tall. All were last seen wearing black clothing.

Investigators are appealing for witnesses that may have been in the area (or who were driving and have dashboard cameras in their vehicles) to contact police.
