Peel Police and Brampton Emergency Services are responding to a residential fire.

The incident occurred at Dixie Road and Howden Boulevard at around 10:42 a.m.

The fire was seen coming from the roof of a townhouse that is still being built.

No injuries have been reported.

Police have blocked off Howden Boulevard east and west as well as west of Dixie Road.
