Summer’s here and the Brampton Library is giving residents a chance to have fun in the sun with free summer clubs!

Online registration for the library’s free summer clubs is now open. Residents of all ages are invited to sign up. Residents can enjoy exciting programs, online challenges and chances to win prizes like a Dash Robot kit, Apple AirPods or an Instant Pot.

“We invite residents from across the City of Brampton to join in our free summer programs – we’ve got something for everyone!” said Rebecca Raven, the CEO of the Brampton Library. “Children registered for the Brampton Brain Game will have a blast participating in programs that are entertaining and educational. For our Teen and Adult Summer Reading Clubs, the focus is engaging with the community, supporting lifelong learning and having fun.”

There is quite a large variety of clubs to choose from, including some for zombie enthusiasts, future ‘mad’ scientists, or Bollywood Trivia experts. There’s a club for most interests across Brampton Library’s 7 branches.

On August 16, Adults are invited to celebrate summer in style at the After Hours Book Bash, an adult-only signature event featuring entertainment, light refreshments and the announcement of the One Book One Brampton shortlist.

Clubs will be offered until September 3. You can pick up a copy of the July/ August issue of inspiring connections magazine for the full lineup of special summer programs taking place in all 7 branches.
