You might be wondering how the housing market is doing these days in Brampton.
Real estate brokerage and website Zoocasa says the Brampton remained a seller’s market throughout the remainder of 2018, enjoying some of the strongest price growth with 78 per cent of new inventory sold. That is up 7.2 per cent to an average of $695,975, despite sales activity falling 29% with 379 homes sold.
As is the case throughout the region, a steep decline in new listings kept things competitive, with only 483 homes listed for sale in December – a 41.5 per cent drop. But while the market is tight right now, things can change–and there might be more sales activity in the new year.
For that reason, you might be curious about which homes sold for big bucks–and which ones were quite affordable–this past month in Brampton.
