These Are The Most Cheapest and Expensive Homes in Brampton Right Now


There’s no doubt that the real estate market in the GTA is volatile, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t any houses or apartments not within your price range.

New numbers from the real estate website Zoocasa show the most expensive and most affordable houses in Brampton in the month of January.

Let's take a look at these homes which have been deemed the cheapest and most expensive in Canada's ninth largest city, starting with the cheapest (most affordable).

18 Knightsbridge RoadThis is a two bedroom condo apartment with an enclosed balcony, described as "a prestigious building with a large open concept living room and dining room great for entertainment." It's also close to a Brampton library branch, the Bramalea City Centre, a major highway, GO bus and Brampton Transit terminals.
