Christmas Market and Tree Lighting (Downtown Brampton)
From 4-10 p.m. there's set to be a free marshmallow roasting, a DJ in the Square, movies on the big screen, carollers, and even the chance to snap some pet-friendly pics with Santa and Mrs. Claus. The tree will be lit at 6:20 p.m., and there will also be a toy drive, and such entertainment as a fire performance, letters to Santa, and an LED hula hoop performance.

Christmas Market and Santa Claus Parade (Downtown Brampton)
From 12-9 p.m. there's set to be a free marshmallow roasting, a DJ in the Square, movies on the big screen, carollers, and even the chance to snap some pet-friendly pics with Santa and Mrs. Claus. This year, the Brampton Board of Trade has announced that the annual Santa Claus Parade will take place on Saturday, November 18, at 5 p.m., concurrent to the Christmas Market. You’ll want to pick a good spot along the route and get there early to set up camp. The parade starts at Ken Whillans and Sproule, and runs along Main all the way up until Elgin, lasting about an hour and a half in total.

The 'Wish Upon A Star' Christmas Market will feature many of Bramptons top artisanal vendors, lots of tasty holiday snacks and treats, and of course, FREE Santa Claus photos (with toy donation) on a gorgeous 15 foot north pole background!

Mapping Landscapes Workshop (PAMA - 9 Wellington St E)
Come explore the cultural tension between the geography of a place and its cultural and personal perception. This studio workshop at PAMA invites participants to investigate a notion of landscape beyond its physical boundary and to create their own landscape inspired by personal and historical narratives using watercolour techniques.

From 12-6 p.m. there's set to be a free marshmallow roasting, a DJ in the Square, movies on the big screen, carollers, and even the chance to snap some pet-friendly pics with Santa and Mrs. Claus. In terms of vendors, there will be several, including food and retail. Some of those include Gunn's Hill Artisan Cheese, COBS bread, Say la Vee, and Tiny Tom's Donuts.

Carriage Rides (Buffy’s Lane in front of City Hall)
Carriage rides last about 10 minutes, and start in Buffy's Lane - that's in front of City Hall. Each ride costs $20 for a group of four or five. Pick a weekend and head downtown, because carriage rides run every weekend until Saturday, December 30, 2017 for this year!
