At 4:42 p.m, police said they were responding to traffic light malfunctioning on Bovaird Drive and Heritage Road. The traffic lights are flashing red.
The repair crew have been notified. There is no estimated time for when the lights will function normally again.
In the meantime, drivers who come across an intersection with broken or flashing traffic signals are asked to treat it as a four-way stop.
