Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some things that are typically open will be closed and there will be no major public events due to physical distancing restrictions.

Open:

  • Bramalea City Centre (11 am to 6 pm)
  • Shoppers World (10 am to 6 pm)
  • Most grocery stores (including Rabba grocery stores) are open, but call ahead to be sure
  • Most bars and restaurants are open, but call ahead to be sure and remember that local establishments may not yet be prepared to offer indoor dining due to the pandemic
  • Select Beer Store locations
  • Most Shoppers Drug Marts

  • City Hall
  • Region of Peel Non-Emergency Services
  • Banks
  • Libraries are currently closed due to COVID-19
  • LCBO locations are currently closed on Mondays due to the COVID-19 pandemic
  • Community Centres, which are mostly closed to the public due to COVID-19
  • Canada Post (no mail pick up or delivery)
  • Garbage and recycling will be collected one day later

Transit

  • Brampton Transit is operating on a reduced schedule due to COVID-19. Check bus times ahead here.
  • GO Transit will operate on a Saturday schedule
