Winter activities coming to PAMA this weekend

A Winter Fun Fest is happening at the Peel Art Gallery, Museum and Archives (PAMA) this Sunday, January 26, from 1 – 4:30 p.m.

A Winter Fun Fest is happening at the Peel Art Gallery, Museum and Archives (PAMA) this Sunday, January 26, from 1 – 4:30 p.m.

This event will kick-off their monthly Sunday FUNday series, where families can engage in special art activities based on the exhibitions and themes being featured in the Art Gallery, Museum and Archives.

Kick off 2020 with winter family fun and explore the art and beauty of winter with a day of indoor and outdoor fun activities for the whole family.

Activities will include ice sculpting demonstrations, beaded snowflake art activity, face painting, DJ Kiana spinning family friendly music, a snow globe photo booth, snow painting and $5 Beaver Tails & Hot Chocolate.

There will also be free maple taffy for the first 200 visitors.

This Winter Fun Fest is included with general admission at PAMA. Members are free and family admission is $12 (which includes 2 adults and up to 5 kids).

Children must be accompanied by a guardian. Outdoor activities are weather permitting.
